Responsibilities
Here is what your daily life will look like for this assembler position in Granby:
- Become familiar with and interpret the plans, drawings, electrical assembly diagrams and consult the available documentation to gather the information necessary for assembly.
- Handle the core-coil assembly using an overhead crane or other lifting device.
- Determine the measurements or dimensions using technical drawings, make the necessary calculations and use this information to prepare the installation of electrical or other components.
- Collect and comply with information relating to technical requirements.
- Make electrical connections using crimping, soldering and soldering devices
Qualifications
As an assembler in this Granby company, you must have the following qualifications;
- Be comfortable with handling the tape measure.
- Ability to calculate, read, understand and complete work documents.
- Read and understand technical drawings. Do some plan reading.
- Have good manual dexterity.
- Demonstrate precision, have an eye for detail and a job well done.
