This incredible and award winning school is seeking an Assistant Headteacher to join them from April 2023. This role is required Monday-Friday (full time) and is a term time only role. All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
* Qualified Teacher status (QTLS or QTS) and Proven Leadership experience within a school environment (ideally SEN).
● Eligibility to work in the UK
● As a member of the senior leadership team (SLT) you would work collaboratively with the Head of school and senior colleagues in accordance with shared values to contribute to improvement plans and desired outcomes.
●This role will provide the vision, strategic direction and leadership for attendance, behaviour, inclusion and reintegration. Working supportively with the Principal, Head of School and Senior Leadership Team in; ensuring high levels of welfare, engagement and behaviour from students, working effectively with external stakeholders, leading staff, and working strategically to move the school forward successfully.
