* Qualified Teacher status (QTLS or QTS) and Proven Leadership experience within a school environment (ideally SEN).

Responsibilities:
● As a member of the senior leadership team (SLT) you would work collaboratively with the Head of school and senior colleagues in accordance with shared values to contribute to improvement plans and desired outcomes.
●This role will provide the vision, strategic direction and leadership for attendance, behaviour, inclusion and reintegration. Working supportively with the Principal, Head of School and Senior Leadership Team in; ensuring high levels of welfare, engagement and behaviour from students, working effectively with external stakeholders, leading staff, and working strategically to move the school forward successfully.
