Assistant Manager, Brokerage operation support
Our client is a reputable insurer in Hong Kong. They are looking for assistant manager to support their brokerage business. Individuals with brokerage channel operation experience in life insurance are encouraged to apply.
Job ResponsibilitiesTo support brokerage business operation activities, including appointment, records, contract maintenance, policy record, system setup etc. As a contact point to work close with project team and IT team, to support project implementation, system launch and UATTo perform daily operational work tasks, including compensation calculation, commission and payment adjustment, expenses, incentive etc are accurate and meet with regulatory requirement. To support management reports and other business tasks as needed.
Requirements:Degree or equivalent in insurance or business related disciplineAt least 3-8 years of experience in the insurance brokerage market. Strong insurance brokerage administration experience and product knowledge is a plus. Familiar with life insurance brokerage channel have added advantages.Strong communication skills and problem solving skills. Fluent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
