Operational & Compliance Oversight: Assist in daily hospital operations, implement policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing matters.
Stakeholder & Legal Coordination: Liaise with government agencies, coordinate doctor/consultant contracts and licensing, and provide assistance on legal matters.
Executive & Administrative Support: Perform secretarial duties for the Executive Committee and manage major hospital events and meetings.
Improvement & Marketing: Identify areas for operational improvement, resolve conflicts, and oversee marketing materials like brochures and magazines.

the experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, Business Studies or related qualifications
Minimum 5 year working experience in the healthcare industry.
Resourceful, analytic and able to work under pressure
