The Role:
Due to strong growth, our client is looking for an experienced Associate Director or Director to join the team. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Urban Planning or Urban Design, coupled with proven business development skills to grow client relationships and expand market presence.
Key Attributes:
Extensive background in Urban Planning or Urban Design, with a solid understanding of statutory and strategic processes.
Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Demonstrated success in business development, with the ability to bring in new clients and grow existing relationships.
Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Professional accreditation or membership with recognised industry bodies (e.g., Planning Institute of Australia) preferred.
Significant senior leadership experience within a planning or urban design consultancy.
Strong track record in business development and client management.
