We are seeking experienced Administration Officers with a passion for customer service. You should be an excellent administrator and should have a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing front counter/reception support for the office and processing customer enquiries
  • Assist with research and reports as directed
  • Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are thoroughly supported
  • Work autonomously with limited direction
  • Diary and email management
  • Arrange appointments with the use of office facilities and ensure all is setup appropriately
  • Undertake a range of data entry

Skills required:

  • A strong background in office administration and customer service
  • The ability to be able to work in a high pressure fast paced environment
  • Proficient skills across all Microsoft office products
  • Ability to problem solve on the spot with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience in Government or Health sectors is highly desirable
