As a result of organic growth, they are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Melbourne

This challenge will see you see you selling on application not price. With a focus on building the reseller and disctribution network, you will be required to build and maintain strategic relationships whilst providing a consultative based sales process whereby you utilise your technical expertise to deliver a true value solution. You will a focus on managing an existing portfolio of clients and at the same time focus on building a pipeline of new projects / clients. Furthermore, you will act as the first point of contact for any client enquiries and ensure their needs are being met.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the pump industry along with a proven track record of sales achievement. You will have a strong technical background and ideally strong exposure selling through the reseller and distribution markets. Being a true business hunter you will be driven, motivated and have the ability to work autonomously towards realistic set targets.

On offer for the suitable candidate is the opportunity to join a leading international business which offers strong career progression. On offer is a base salary of $85K - $100K plus super, Car Allowance / FMCV and strong uncapped commission structure.
