job description

This role is responsible for the management of assigned business units' all financial operations of the business, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cashflow and financial reporting. Reporting through to the Client Services Manager, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Client support and management
  • Preparation and generation of month-end and year-end reports
  • Ability to use systems ad identify opportunities to develop and enhance efficiency
  • Raises and follow-up fees and invoices or statements
  • Managing debtors and creditors
  • General administration duties

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven working experience as Accounts/ Financial Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years proven work record.
  • Experience with creating financial reports, general ledger functions and month-end/year end close process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Initiative, adaptability and enthusiasm
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and of meeting deadlines
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
  • Flexible approach and attitude
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
