About the Role

Our client in Mittagong is seeking a resourceful Accounts / Office Administrator to manage all facets of business administration from accounts processing to customer service. Working in a small fast paced business requires energy, persistence and good communication skills. This is an ongoing position and will see you utilise all the skills you have accumulated and will provide you with ongoing learning experiences, whilst enjoying a friendly and supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Office Administration Duties
  • Administrative support for management
  • Timesheet management
  • Data Entry
  • Preparation of reports for management

To be successful for this role you must have:

  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated experience in providing accurate and methodical accounting and administrative support
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong and articulate verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
