This is an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable officer to join a reputable organisation and be part of a friendly and close knit team. This is an ongoing temporary role offering long term prospects and view to permanency for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure that invoices are scanned and processed in a timely manner
  • Identify any discrepancies and rectify appropriately
  • Liaise with branches and other internal stakeholders
  • Allocate invoices to correct cost centres
  • Prepare invoices for payment – local and overseas
  • Process weekly and monthly pay-runs
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Supplier reconciliations

To be considered for the role you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable and ideally within a standalone capacity
  • Proficiency with SAP
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Immediately available
