Accounts Receivable Officer

  • $30 – $35 p/h

Your New Company

An exciting opportunity for a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well established organisation on a 2 month contract with potential of extension. Conveniently located in the outer CBD fringe this position will be reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, where you will be joining a vibrant and collaborative team.

Your New Duties:

  • Accurately process invoices, credit notes and payments in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Identify and process daily bank payments
  • Matching and coding transactions from bank statements to GL
  • Reporting and advising internal stakeholders on outstanding items and queries
  • Managing aged reports and follow up with customers and suppliers in relation to outstanding receivables
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required

About you:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Experience with large ERP Systems is highly advantageous
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Possess a ‘can do’ approach to work and a friendly and positive attitude
