The Role:

This role is based within the Victorian State Government, and as an Administration Officer you will be working closely alongside the team to provide corporate and administrative services to the office across the branch.


  • Provide a range of office support functions; answering phone calls, diary management, monitoring and redirecting incoming emails to a shared inbox
  • Arrange meetings
  • Draft routine correspondence and minutes
  • Undertake standard processing work such as data entry, purchasing and reports using databases
  • Assisting with filing and administration
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with legislative requirements

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative based role
    Full availability to commence immediately 9:00am – 5:00pm
    Developed computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes and TRIM
    Previous experience working across Government Departments highly desired
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
