We are looking for reliable, experienced and well presented candidates who are available immediately. The contracts available are initially 6 months, with intention to extend.

About the role:

  • Provide administrative support to a team within a government organisation
  • Manage stakeholder relationships via phone, email and face-to-face and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times with professional communication
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and prioritise tasks given within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage diaries and calendars highly desirable
  • Assist with coordination of meetings
  • Undertake project work as required

About you:

  • Several years experience within an administrative role
  • Experience within the government or health sectors highly desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Initiative and confidence to tackle any task given to you
  • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong computer literacy skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite, and ability to work with specialised databases
  • Must have permanent residency as a minimum
