job description

We are looking for reliable, experienced and well presented candidates that are available immediately. Ideal candidates will have strong background in administration roles.

About the role:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships via phone, email and face-to-face and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times with professional communication
  • Assist with meetings and taking minutes
  • Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements for executives
  • Maintain administrative duties as required
  • Management of data within internal database

About you:

  • Several years experience with in an administration role
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service within a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Initiative and confidence to tackle any task given to you
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Strong computer literacy skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite, and ability to work with specialised databases
