Our client has the capability to deliver emergency building works across all sectors, including fire / flood damaged structures affected by natural disasters. They offer the flexibility to deliver small and large loss building works, with a successful outcome. This is your opportunity to join the customer service team - responsible for handling claims and managing repair works from start to finish.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Administration
  • Processing claims
  • Registering jobs
  • Booking estimators to quote onsite jobs
  • Invoicing
  • Maintaining and transferring electronic records
  • Customer support, contacting customers to follow up claims
  • Assist with high volume of calls
  • Data entry

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in administration or claims
  • Have a strong commitment to work
  • Highly-skilled in typing, writing, grammar and oral communication
  • Be a results focused individual with excellent professional presentation
  • Good relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual and reliable, with strong commitment to work
