About the role:

We are looking for the next team member to join this professional, supportive and customer orientated team for a well-respected not for profit organisation. You will be responsible for delivering effective support to operations; manufacturing and packaging, supply chain and interstate sub-contractors in a timely manner. They have a dynamic workforce, and low turnover rates in addition to a very down to earth and friendly team environment. This is a rare, permanent, opportunity working with the customer service and operations team to provide high quality administrative support to interstate suppliers and internal departments. You will be well renumerated with a salary above industry standards, provided with plenty of onsite parking, and enjoy the hard-working and energetic work environment that this role has to offer.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate and timely management of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system and incoming orders.
  • Raising credit notes, invoices, purchase orders in line with company policy and reporting on these as required.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and requests, troubleshoot and escalating issues as required.
  • Provide timely mail management (shipping) to internal and external customers.
  • Generation, consolidation and/or development of reports as requested.
  • Generate new customer sales orders and purchase orders accordingly.
  • Conduct reconciliation of open purchase and customer sales orders.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Sound administration skills within a warehouse, scheduling, logistics, transport, or supply chain environment
  • Proven skills in problem solving, and stakeholder management will be very highly regarded
  • An understanding of disability and its impact on individuals
  • A genuine desire to assist internal and external customers
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form
  • Excellent customer service skills and be able to manage conflicts and expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • An ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and exceptional attention to detail
  • Full access to own vehicle and flexibility to support both offices located in Western Sydney
