Randstad are currently partnering with a successful wealth management & financial planning organisation to source an administration assistant (office support all rounder) to help further drive and support this well established team. The career opportunity available within this organisation is unlimited and they are keen to train and develop the successful applicant in financial planning and wealth management practices to ensure your success if interested. The salary for this position will be $50,000 + Super and your working hours will be full time, Monday-Friday, no weekend work!

As the Administration Assistant, you will be the primary support to the wider office in all aspects of administration including reception and client customer service. Your day to day responsibilities may vary each day so we are looking for someone who likes to keep busy and someone who demonstrates a passion for delivering tasks within due timeframes. Some of the day to day tasks may include;

  • Responding to inbound client phone and email queries
  • Database management
  • Updating the Coin and CRM database & making sure files are compliant
  • Coordinate client bookings and maintain Financial Planner’s diaries
  • Prepare documentation

Although prior experience in the wealth management & financial planning industry is not required, applicants who have used X-Plan or Coin will be highly regarded as well as anyone with a keen interested in a career in financial planning.
