Randstad is looking for an experienced administrator to join a well known exciting manufacturing company on the inner side of North Brisbane. This manufacturing company produces innovative products that aim to improve the quality of every day life.

In this role you will be working as a contracts administrator and working closely with other departments as well as assisting and supporting sales managers.

Responsibilities

  • Uploading contracts into the system
  • Taking customer enquiries
  • Assisting with contracts
  • Following up on debt and contracts
  • Coordinating
  • Data entry
  • Assisting sales managers

Skills & experience

  • Experience with SAP
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to use CRM (Salesforce)
  • Experience in contracts administration is desired
  • Ability to use third party portals
  • 2 years in an administration role
