  • Attractive above market hourly rate- up to $35 hourly + Superannuation
  • Work close to home for a Federal Government Organisation, in Burwood CBD!
  • Immediate contract til June 2019, with potential for further extensions

This Federal Government Organisation has new and exciting opportunities for an Administration Coordinator to commence in January 2019. You will be responsible for the effective provision of high quality professional, friendly and respectful management of telephone enquiries, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will provide a broad range of office administration support duties including executive assistant support to a dynamic team.

This opportunity will allow you to utilise your previous experience in a similar role and ensure the smooth running of this office. Your resume must reflect an ability to manage confronting situations, and display evidence of responsiveness to the needs of people with special circumstances including;


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to a dynamic and friendly team
  • Manage all email and appointments/calendar for multiple staff within the office
  • Book all travel and fleet management, and credit card requirements
  • Coordinate and organise executive meetings and community forums as required
  • Assist with general enquiries of the office, and provide information and referrals for disability services

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • An understanding of disability and its impact on individuals
  • Previous experience in reception, administration assistant duties, travel management or coordination
  • Excellent customer service skills and be able to manage conflicts and expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • An ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of business systems such as SAP or TRIM
  • Availability to commence in January 2019
