Seeking Business Support Officer ‘s in the North & West including Geelong Area you will be required to assist preparing the new participant plan that is going to be used as part of the new pathway. This will involve taking information from existing documents that are available from the business system and preparing these into the new plan format. The ability to follow instructions and attention to detail will be important, whilst ensuring work is completed efficiently to meet timelines.

Duties

  • Use of Microsoft word to transfer participant information into a new participant plan template
  • Ability to see and resolve spelling errors or incorrect grammar
  • Quickly copy information between two documents and ensure formatting is correct
  • Create PDF documents from word documents
  • Store information securely and with accurate naming conventions
  • Work with other team members to ensure work is being completed
  • Ability to be follow a checklist to ensure that information is accurate and complete

  • Experience with supporting people with a disability to maximise participation in community.
  • Competency with IT systems Skill Testing Required

  • Ability to work within the team and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
  • Ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy.

  • Ability to synthesise and analyse information and make decisions.
