Your New Role

A typical day in your new role will involve being under the supervision of the delivery manager and working alongside the capacity planning manager providing and securing field resourcing capacity and associating field servicing techs. Having a accuracy in having a affecting scheduling and dispatching system.

Your key duties

  • Assist in the production, distribution and management of user documentation.
  • Setting up and maintaining capacity groups for all geographical regions.
  • Manage and maintain the capacity planning modules.
  • Maintain relationships with all teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Support other business Units improving customer experience and team processes.
  • Ensure that technicians availability is clearly communicated with changes around the company.
  • Daily reports to query capacity reporting.

Your profile

  • Recent proven, stable experience in a similar resourcing planner role will be well regarded.
  • A genuine desire to assist internal and external operations.
  • Be extremely reliable and able to work full-time hours.
  • Sound skills in problem solving and planning.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
