Client Details

Our client is a leading Transport/Logistics firm who have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their existing team to cover parental leave. The initial contract length will be six months.


Your duties will include, but not limited to;

  • Checking and entering pallet dockets into in-house system
  • Debriefing drivers on run sheets and inventory
  • Accurate and efficient data entry of orders
  • Answering calls and e-mail queries
  • Filing and archiving delivery notes


As an ideal applicant you will have;

  • Medium level of experience within a similar role
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Polite and friendly communication style
  • Good sense of humour
  • Proficient with the MS Office Suite
  • Hard working and committed attitude
  • Great level of attention to detail
  • Prior experience in Transport/Logistics industry
