Key responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Managing front reception
  • Receiving and diverting client phone calls
  • Invoicing
  • Managing client database
  • Taking & managing appointments in multiple calendars
  • Mail organisation
  • Client liaision and customer service
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful applicant will possess the following qualities:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Motivation and 'can do' attitude
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist if required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • MS Office skills
