As a HR administrator working for Randstad Sourceright, you will be working on a unique and large project within the State Government sector servicing and delivering to one client. You will be working out of the Randstad Sourceright office at Pitt Street, Sydney CBD and provide volume HR administrative support to the team.

Our client is going through a modernisation project, and you can be part of this huge transformation project working in a large team of experienced (onsite) recruiters and administrators. You will report into the Onboarding Team Leader undertaking a range of admin support tasks that require exceptional attention to detail.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Liaise with IT for new starters to get them setup with emails, phone numbers etc
  • Review and send letters of offer
  • Arrange building access for all new starters
  • Attach new staff contracts in Taleo
  • Other ad-hoc admin as required

It’s a great opportunity for you as an experienced HR administrator to move into a role that will give you exposure working on a large, fast paced government project. It is essential you have demonstrated experience working in either HR, contracts or an onboarding administration role where you have previously dealt with contracts and letters of offer. You are ideally available to start on short notice. Working holiday visas are welcome to apply.
