  • Respond to customer enquires / requests / issues
  • Log jobs and schedule appointments
  • Maintaining and transferring electronic records
  • Data entry
  • Allocation of workers and materials

Selection criteria:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and initiative
  • Strong software skills
  • Knowledge of building and construction industry
  • Good relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual and reliable, and strong commitment to work
