job description


  • Prepare and run payroll, along with answering relevant queries.
  • Interpret all payroll reports - inclusive of cost analysis reports.
  • Prepare staff expenses and regular payroll reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Generally assisting accounting and / or finance departments as necessary.


  • Knowledge of, and substantial experience with SAP is a must.
  • A demonstrated experience in a similar role in Federal / State Government.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.

Highly Desirable:

  • Minimum of a baseline security clearance is not essential, but highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience with Leave Liability and Superannuation review(s).
