These varied roles will undertake a range of activities related to agreement management, with a heavy focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Some of the aspects of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Developing agreements and schedules
  • Recording funding information
  • Undertaking assessment of risk
  • Monitoring performance
  • Expenditure and financial compliance
  • Assist with contract deliverables and project plans
  • Ensure full compliance with various program guidelines and adherance of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and the Commonwealth Grant Guidelines and the Terms & Conditions for Aged Care Funding.
  • Responsible for the drafting and preparation of input into the development of parliamentary correspondence and internal briefs.


  • Experience with FOFMS, or the Department of Social Services Online Funding Management System (previously FaHCSIA) HIGHLY DESIRABLE
  • Proven skills in relationship management and demonstrated achievement of productive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to make a positive contribution to business outcomes, working both independently and in co-operative working relationships with others in a team environment
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated ability to communicate information coherently and concisely to audiences with a range of backgrounds and cultures
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in contract and programs management including the ability to interpret and apply departmental policies and guidelines exercising sound judgement and decision making skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment with demonstrated skills in time management, working with competing priorities and ability to prioritise
