About the Role

You will work as a part of a small team contributing to the roll out and development of a large Government initiative. You will be responsible for fielding enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, often from remote locations across the country. Your role will be to analyse and uncover information in order to resolve or escalate issues where appropriate. In addition you will contribute to process development within this new team.

What do you need?

  • Experience working in contact centre or help desk environments (non-IT)
  • Strong communication skills and experience dealing with difficult or complex enquiries
  • Sound judgement and analytical abilities
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Australian citizenship and willingness to undergo a national police check

Experience working with or understanding of Indigenous communities would be highly desirable but not essential.
