Your new company:

Be a part of a fantastic HR team to assist with recruitment across the department. A highly rewarding role being responsible for running recruitment programs and other HR functions. A fantastic opportunity for a 6 month period with potential of extension.

Your new role:

In your new role you will be responsible for:

  • processes for non-SES recruitment activities, including coordinating submissions
  • develop and deliver effective recruitment and selection process training to staff within Finance and
  • within the recruitment team
  • preparing accurate and timely reporting for general recruitment programs
  • participating in ongoing service improvement and the advancement of the e-recruitment system
  • used in Finance
  • provide support to a small team
  • building strong and effective partnerships with stakeholders both internal and external to business areas

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience with APS recruitment
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Baseline Clearance
  • Experience running recruitment programs
