Two immediate opportunities are available for Electrical Project Officers to join an electrical specialist in both the north and the south of Adelaide on long term contracts. Project focus is within the residential electrical market where you can come off the tools and apply your knowledge in a white collar professional position.

Working within a dynamic team, you will receive on the job coaching and development by industry professionals. You will be accountable for all customer contact and determining requirements within specific standards and guidelines. Ultimately, you will ensure that all works are completely in a timely, cost effective manner to meet customer expectations and standards. The provision of project support through basic design, quotation and invoicing will form part of your day to day duties which provides a good combination of office based functions with site based client contact. These roles will give you end to end project exposure and are a perfect stepping stone to a career in project management.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • A minimum of either SA “A Class” Electrical Licence, Linesman Certificate or Associate Diploma in Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • The ability to perform basic single line diagram design
  • A working knowledge of Australian standards
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • A consultative approach with excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • The ability to be both autonomous and a team player
  • Knowledge of common MSOffice products
  • Experience with SAP would be advantageous
