job description

We are now looking for 10 Full Time Workers based at Macquarie Park.

Assemblers, Machine Operator, Material Handlers, Quality Inspectors and Electronics Technicians.

Machine Operator (Repair Production)

Responsibilities:

  • Production Operator on assembly line to perform product testing
  • Manual agility and the ability to maintain a constant, quick pace on assembly line
  • Good visual inspection skills are needed to spot imperfections in finished products
  • Positions parts in specified opening screws or bolts them in place with hand tools
  • Places components in predetermined sequence on revolving spindles or dumps components into hoppers
  • Ensure production target and quality requirements are met
  • Ensure production area is kept neat and organized

Inspection Operator (QA)

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm the latest version of SOP and follow SOP to perform visual inspection
  • Inform any line defect to QC Supervisor within acceptable timeframe
  • Prepare Checklist for reporting
  • Audit the line abnormal in Process, Fixture and Material etc.
  • Feedback line audit findings to QC Supervisor
  • Support short term solution for material abnormality in material defect
  • Feedback sorting findings and quantity to QC Supervisor

Operator - Material Runner (Logistics Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure parts are correctly issued to production line
  • Collect scrap material from production
  • Prepare travel tag and affix to product cover
  • Collect Scrap key parts from production, pack according to material scrap SOP
  • Collect recycle carton and plastic
  • Send out trash to discard
  • Good housekeeping and overall safety practice to achieve well-organized and safe working environment
  • Any other operational tasks as assigned

Operator –Material Handler (logistics Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Count and weigh material accordingly
  • Packed and indicate the part number of break bulk pack
  • Perform blind count of material given in cycle count sheet
  • Pick Material from location and deduct Bin card accordingly
  • Allocate Material from break bulk and add into Bin card accordingly
  • Prepare and pack for shipment
  • Good housekeeping and overall safety practice to achieve well-organized and safe working environment
  • Any other operational tasks as assigned

TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control daily Production Line activities
  • Daily management of attendance
  • Setup line capacity and maintain daily output and production time to meet production plan
  • Maintain and ensure process & product quality on production line meet required specification
  • To control operator performance to achieve production target
  • Ensure good 5S practices
  • Ensure good safety practices

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in related field
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication skills to give clear and accurate instructions to disseminate effective communication to operators
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer skills
  • Perform overtime as and when necessary

Debug Technician (Repair production)

Responsibilities:

  • Sound knowledge of all production stations process so as to provide debug and diagnostic support to defective product received from the production line
  • Diagnose and perform troubleshooting to analyse defective product
  • Perform product debug testing and repair
  • Ensure products are repaired with the high standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement to reduce product failures for Debugging
  • Maintenance of products allocated for training
  • Skills in using basic hand tools for general assembly and disassembly
  • Any other duties assigned by Superior

Requirements:

  • Require excellent visual for identifying small defects
  • Able to use basic inspection equipment
  • Exhibit teamwork and maintain positive attitude in fast-paced environment
  • Perform overtime as and when necessary
  • Prior experience in the logistic operations /store handling activities
  • Perform overtime as and when necessary
