job description

This position entails a range of supervision activities, with a large part of the role being out on site. As an Asset Protection Officer you will need to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

As an Asset Protection Officer you will be responsible for facilitating positive outcomes, in alliance with the community. You will be responsible for handling customer complaints and queries, and ensure all works are compliant with Council standards, guidelines and codes of practice and permits.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Succesfully manage customer complaints and queries in a timely manner.
  • Develop and mantain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all works are compliant with Council standards, guidelines, codes of practice and permits.
  • High level of community engagement.
  • Undertake inspections, site assesments.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in construction.
  • Experience in a compliance based environment.
  • Victorian Drivers License.
  • White Card.
  • Victorian traffic control & traffic management certification.
