Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Preparation of statutory accounts
  • Assisting with PAYG calculations and reporting
  • Handling any tax queries and assisting auditors
  • Bank and General Ledger reconciliations
  • Month end and quarterly reporting
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Assisting with cash control
  • Assisting with internal controls and minimising risk
  • Maintaining fixed assets register
  • Prepare KPI and sales reporting
  • Work closely with and assist Accounts Payable and Receivable when required
  • Assist with Ad-hoc projects involving process and procedure improvement

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

  • Demonstrated ability in a similar position
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Exposure in ERP Systems and advanced level of Excel
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Degree qualified
  • CA / CPA qualified or currently studying
