Client Details

Our client is a global property services provider who are currently seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to work onsite for a leading account. You will be part of a friendly team based onsite in Perth's CBD.


This role will report to the onsite account manager with duties including;

  • Hard services contract management
  • Maintain field manuals for hard services
  • Carry out regular audits including floor inspections
  • Review daily catering run sheets, accept deliveries and manage storage
  • Ensure vending and consumables are kept in stock
  • Assist with delivery of events
  • Point of contact for real estate issues
  • Facilitate staff requests, supporting the onsite coordinator
  • Assist with audio / visual equipment requests
  • Management and coordination of locker use


As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • Medium level of experience within a similar capacity
  • Proven exposure to stakeholder management
  • Strong technical knowledge within electrical and mechanical environment
  • Risk management awareness and understanding
  • Excellent customer service engagement skills
  • Strong facilities management experience
