This challenge will see you actively building and managing a solid pipeline of new business opportunities and working with the Account Management team to build retention plans. Targeting a broad range of industry sectors you will be required to analyze client’s needs and provide a solution that will add value to their business. You will have a strong focus on business development and building relationships with key decision makers and furthermore you will act as the first point of contact for any client needs and ensure that their requirements are being met.
In order to be successful in this role you must:
- Strong track record of high sales achievement
- Proven ability to build new business and map markets
- Strong ability to negotiate and sell on value, not price
- Ability to take full ownership of the entire sales process
