My client is a well known insurance company who strives to provide excellent customer service to there members during sensitive times. I am looking for dedicated business support officers who are able to start ASAP in temporary roles. You will be apart of a driven, supportive team and have the opportunity to be offered permanent opportunities.

The role:

  • Document control, sorting documents and filing documents and scanning documents
  • Process and settle payments
  • Registering new claims
  • Investigating errors and performing necessary adjustments
  • High level of data entry
  • Closing of claims
  • Reporting complex issues
  • Sorting and opening of mail, internal and external

About you:

  • Previous experience within a high volume administration role
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Full understanding and able to use all Microsoft software
  • Able to work within a busy and energetic team
