This is an exciting opportunity for Customer Service professionals to work with a well-known Queensland Insurance company, who are a leader in their field.

Delivering high customer service, the successful candidates will be required to work Monday - Friday, full-time hours.

We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated customer service representatives seeking an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company who believe in providing exceptional service to their members.

These positions are 3 month temporary contracts based on Brisbane South Side with possibility for extension.

Purpose of this position

Claims Consultants are responsible for answering inbound calls from members, administrative duties including data entry of information, outbound calls to members to discuss their claim applications and any other adhoc duties as required.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Entry of claim information
  • Inbound calls from members to discuss their claims
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Work well under pressure
  • Ascertain the nature of member requests and deal with the in the appropriate manner according to the policies and procedures
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Some outbound calls to members
  • Work collaborative in a team environment

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Quick and efficient learner
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Experience in customer service – Contact Centre – Insurance experience highly regarded
  • A strong passion for delivering high quality customer service
  • Strong resilience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent team player and time management skills
  • An intermediate level of PC skills
  • Be able to commence asap
  • Ability to attened assessment center on Monday the 13th

You must have the relevant customer service focus in accordance to the role. Enthusiastic attitude and attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
