This international marketing agency is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Call Centre Manager. The best part about this role is that you get to build the team from scratch! This company is partnering with a household bank and is aiming to spearhead their new contact centre in early 2019. This role will allow you to utilise your call centre management experience in conjunction with your initiative and ability to continuously improve processes and implement strategies. This role is perfect for those who have had experience building a call centre from scratch or significantly growing one within a short period of time.

This role is based in North Sydney and is a full time permanent position.
About the role:
  • Establish and spearhead a new contact centre
  • Responsible for the recruitment of contact centre representatives
  • Manage forecasting and strategic planning for the team
  • Coaching and developing the team
  • Reporting and analysing call centre trends and data
About You:
  • Demonstrated call centre management experience is a must
  • Banking and finance experience is highly desirable
  • Experience starting a call centre team from scratch is highly desirable
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure
