Are you a customer service-focused individual with recent experience in high volume inbound or outbound call centres? Randstad are looking for you for an available position within the Government sector.

Your fantastic customer service background, coupled with a vibrant, can-do attitude will see to your success for our available customer service positions.

Start 2019 with success and apply if you possess the following:

  • Experience in an inbound call centre within the last 2 years
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Clear, concise and friendly verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience with Government internal systems is desirable
  • Ability to work adhoc/on-call shifts

Your tasks will include:

  • Resolve customer disputes
  • Provide knowledge and recommendations/solutions to customers
  • Handle a high volume of calls in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Utilise multiple systems
  • Complete email queries and additional administration tasks
