Randstad’s dedicated Government Team has been partnering with Local, State and Federal Government Departments and Authorities across Australia for over 25 years. We are proactively seeking Inbound Customer Call Centre Operators for upcoming short term, long term and ongoing contracts.

About the Role:

High-volume call centre environment

Providing information and assistance in a friendly and polite manner

Maintain utmost integrity and confidentiality of personal information

Inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard

Ability to meet and exceed KPI's

About You:

Prior experience as an Inbound Customer Service Operator (minimum 6 months)

No political affiliation

Ability to quickly learn new products and services and apply that information appropriately

Ability to empathise with callers and maintain professional and courteous at all times

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Proficient computer skills, ability to use Microsoft applications and the internet. This will be tested.
