Our client is a prominent State Government department looking for someone who is not afraid to step out of there comfort zone. Someone who is self motivated, has desire to achieve there goals at a high standard. Our client is looking for someone who is able to adapt to changes happening in a busy work environment.

We have multiple temporary positions available across state Government Departments with immediate start date at A02 level administration.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administration
  • Greeting customers & clients
  • Providing general administration support
  • Processing data
  • Working the switch board
  • Organizing files
  • Sorting through mail
  • Data entry
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Provider support for other employees
  • Responding to emails


To be successful for this role you must have:

  • Have 1-2 years experience in an Administration Role
  • Problem solving skills
  • You need to be able to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Self motivated
  • Great communication skills
  • Data Entry
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Being able to take on challenges
  • Multi-task effectively
  • Being well organized
  • Being able to use to Microsoft Suite
  • Be enthusiastic, punctual, polite
  • Need to have a ‘Can do’ approach.
