As a Centre manager, the ability to lead and inspire is a must-have. Overseeing the operational side of the centre is also a part of your day to day alongside maintaining and sustaining key relationships with families and the community. Experience in a managerial setting is desirable as well as experience using programming, rosters and staff management. The ideal candidate will have the welfare of the children, staff and overall centre at the heart of their work alongside displaying a professional and compassionate persona.

The role:

- Managing and mentoring team members

- Rostering and programming

- Maintaining high standards within the centre

Key Essentials:

  • Display flexible, spontaneous and professional attitudes
  • Complete set tasks within time frames, ensuring that they are completed correctly and to a high standard
  • Have the initiative to build and sustain relationships with families and members of the community effectively
  • Be a holder or willing to obtain a First Aid certificate, anaphylaxis and asthma management certificate and a valid supervising officer certificate
