You’ll be managing caseloads with demonstrated attributes of integrity, resilience and exceptional customer service in mind. The ability to communicate and negotiate both written and verbally is a critical element to the role.
- Tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Demonstrated claims management experience (desirable)
- Injury Management or Allied Health background (desirable)
- Ability to work in a complex and changing environment
- Proven high level of organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving skills paired with a credible and resilient manner
- Service orientation and customer focus skills
- Demonstrated desire and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
