Your duties will vary and include

  • Liaising with clients, banks and conveyancers
  • File ownership and management to ensure loans processed smoothly and efficiently to reach settlement on time
  • Loan management and ongoing maintenance
  • Ongoing database management
  • Answering phones and other administrative/office tasks

To be successful in this role you must possess the following skills

  • A passion for customer service
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Professional & polished presentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft –Word and Excel
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, time management and computer skills
  • A good understanding of lending and the home buying process
  • Settlements experience
