Due to continuous growth, our client is seeking talented Client Engagement Specialists to provide a superior customer experience to their clients across Australia.

The role will involve proactive outbound contact with customers and prospects that are introduced through a series of strategic campaigns with a view to engaging, understanding needs, building strong ongoing relationships, and ultimately initiating future business by scheduling appointments for the financial planning network.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and accurately recording all client enquiries, and follow up to clients in a timely, professional and accurate manner. Strong adherence and understanding of the regulations than governance financial planning is also essential.

What are we looking for:

  • Previous financial or professional services experience
  • Strong negotiating skills and the ability to listen to the clients
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Highly client centric approach, and ability to build strong rapport and
  • Relationships with clients and internal customers
  • Ability to work at a fast face
  • Capacity to grow and develop personally and professionally
  • RG 146 and/or further qualifications within financial planning will be highly regarded
