About the Role

Seeking Retention professionals with experience in high volume call handling in a contact centre environment. The role will based on the St Kilda Road - close to public transport. This role is on a full time permanent basis with an ASAP start. Salary is in the region of $55k plus attractive bonuses. Hours are Monday to Friday between 0800-1900 (38 hours per week). Duties & Responsibilities

  • work towards customer retention on each interaction in a confident yet empathetic manner
  • exploring the customer's needs in order to understand any potential issues, and in turn deliver an effective solution
  • contact with customers will be both on an inbound and outbound basis
  • work towards KPI's
  • ensuring company quality standards are being adhered to at all times
  • managing delegated activities and executing these in a timely and effective manner
  • deal with general enquiries about the client product/service
  • communicate and interact with the team across the site
  • processing client requests
  • abide by all professional policies and procedures in place

Skills & Experience

  • previous call centre experience (minimum of 2 years)
  • previous retention/sales/B2B experience is preferable
  • keen to hit the ground running and develop a career
  • proven track record of working towards KPI's
  • great rapport building skills, and maintaining professionalism at all times
  • excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • ability to analyse the details, and solve problems when presented
  • resilient with a desire to succeed
  • excellent time management skills
  • negotiation skills
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Software
