About the Role

You will be required to conduct face to face interviews with incoming customers. You will provide guidance and advice to the Victorian Community in regards to a number of matters. This is a full time assignment that will be starting on July 1st for a 12 month contract, with possible extension.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive high end customer service face to face
  • Conduct interviews to process applications
  • Cash Handling
  • Adhoc administration duties
  • Deal with enquires and applications for services
  • Abide by professional policies and procedures in place

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Government experience is preferred but not essential
  • Resilience handling a large number of customers
  • Ability to deal with sometimes sensitive or personal material
  • A “How can I help attitude?” not “I can’t help” attitude
  • Professional and impeccable presentation
  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge quickly and effectively
