Are you a positive and motivated individual looking to join an innovative and reputable organisation?

We are seeking someone to join a market leading organisation located in the North West region. Working in a fast paced environment the role will see you play an integral part in their credit team and assist with the collection of overdue invoices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a ledger comprising of low and high value accounts
  • Reminder and follow up calls on outstanding accounts
  • Handling and resolving customer enquiries
  • Providing high quality customer service
  • High volume of calls

You will need to have:

  • Previous experience in Collections / Customer service
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Immediately available

This is a 6 month contract with view to progress to ongoing.
