Your duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Building rapport with consumers to negotiate payment and remaining customer-centric at all times over the phone
  • Evaluating the customer's financial circumstances and arranging an appropriate payment agreement
  • Being firm but fair when dealing with customers over the phone
  • Meeting individual and team targets
  • Remaining professional at all times when dealing with difficult customers
  • Managing the call and the conversation at all times

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or contact centre environments
  • Clear communication and listening skills
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Background of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Problem solving and the ability to think on the go
