The role:

This role provides commercial support to the category operations director to ensure delivery of short and long term financial targets and KPI's across the manufacturing sites within that category.


  • Lead the commercialisation of value creation plans such as: Business case development, Identify risks, drive development, scenario modelling, pipeline development, providing support for investment, operational and strategic opportunities.
  • Support the category MEX leaders in the pillar and loss waste process - Tracking initiatives, building site capability etc
  • Managing business performance
  • Identfying risks and opportunities
  • Ensuring adherance to relevant financial policies, commercial hurdles and governance and risk management
  • Drive greater relevant commercial capability within Supply chain
  • Support the development of business cases for key SC initiatives
  • Agree and set business expectations
  • Leading robust capex and depreciation forecasting
